Abstract

Optically active polymers with high molecular weights have been obtained in high yields by cyclopolymerization of bis(oxazolines). The polymers are soluble in organic solvents, have T g 's of 200 and 278°C, decomposition onset temperature of 400°C and a high mean residue molar optical rotation (Φ 27°C D -1157° (THF, c= 0.9))
