Abstract
In the paper remains of crabs of genus Ctenocheles are discussed. They were found in the Oligocene grey marly mudstone at Čeplje at Vransko. This is the first evidence of this crab genus in Slovenia. In the Oligocene mudstone at Čeplje also numerous other fossil remains were registred, and also abundant septarian concretions.

V ~lanku so obravnavani ostanki rakovic rodu Ctenocheles. Najdeni so v oligocenskem sivem laporastem muljevcu blizu ^epelj pri Vranskem. To so prvi ostanki tega rodu rakovic na Slovenskem. V oligocenskem muljevcu pri ^epljah so registrirani {e {tevilni drugi fosilni ostanki, pogostne so tudi septarijske konkrecije
