Abstract

The article examines a pressing problem of modern society and the state - the fight against corruption. The author notes that corruption began to manifest itself noticeably in the second half of the 20th century and by the beginning of the 21st century it had become a global threat. The work analyses the causes and factors contributing to the emergence of corruption, and presents the author's point of view on this problem. The article focuses on the experience of countries that have developed the most effective methods of combating corruption. The success of these states is analysed, many of which have achieved significant results in this area, despite the lack of a long history or deep spirituality. Particular attention is paid to the experience of China and Japan, countries close to Uzbekistan from the point of view of spirituality and history, as well as the experience of Germany after the second half of the 20th century. It examines how these countries' approaches, including legal, financial and governance aspects, differ from those of other countries and how they may be useful in the context of Uzbekistan. Overall, the article emphasizes the importance of studying and adapting successful international experiences in the fight against corruption.
