Abstract

The rigorous "semi-inversion" solution of the diffraction problem for a semi-infinite radially slotted cone is presented. On this basis, the field forming analysis of a radial electric dipole placed on the cone axis is made. The dipole radiation resistance, the radiation power into the conical slot-connected domains and the radiation patterns are studied.
