Abstract

We examine the lower central series of the so-called Fesenko groups T=T(r). These are a certain class of closed subgroups of the Nottingham Group. It is known that all such T are hereditarily just infinite for p>2. Here we establish that T has finite width, adding to the list of known examples. We also prove that T has infinite obliquity.
