Abstract
The feedback equilibria of a capitalistic game described by Kelvin Lancaster are derived under concave utility functions with a constant degree of absolute risk aversion and standard production function. It is shown that the equilibrium solution is unique if the rate of time preference and the constant degree of absolute risk aversion are sufficiently great. Some properties of the equilibrium solution are reported.
