Abstract

A positive behavioral modification program is described. This program has been useful in dealing with "Borderline Personality Organization" in residential treatment centers. It is pointed out that behavioral modification programs are more effective if designed around an analytically-based understanding of the developmental dynamics which contributed to the behavior.
