Abstract

The unintended movement protection device of elevator car can prevent the accident of passenger shearing and extrusion caused by the fracture of elevator traction wheel shaft and the failure of control system components. However, due to the relatively complex composition of this device, many car accidental movement protection devices in the actual use process do not meet the requirements of standards and specifications. In view of the problems found in the inspection, several typical failure cases are summarized, and the reasons for the failure of these devices are analyzed. At the same time, the corresponding solutions under the current technical conditions are put forward, which provides a reference for the development of field inspection and the revision of specifications and standards.
