Abstract

Purpose: This study of this paper is to analyze the factors of employees ‘productivity towards TQM in industry. Employees’ productivity can be implementing to all level in organization. There have several TQM in organization which can apply to achieve productivity goals. Design/methodology/approach: Data used in the research was primary data obtained from interview and questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the number of respondents in this research was 205. The analysis was done through SPSS method to gain the data of alpha, mean, standard deviation and significant. Findings: The findings of this study showed that employees’ productivity can be achieved by positively implement TQM in organization. Therefore, the organization needs to work on improving their TQM practices which have to meet the effectiveness. Research limitations/implications: Using a large sample size in the sampling procedure could improve the results. The implication of this study can be demonstrated through how top managers and subordinates in company can improve their employees’ productivity through TQM practices. Originality/value: This research used the variable based on the survey research. Employees’ productivity was measured using three indicators: human resources, tools, training and education.
