Abstract

This study, entitled "The extent to which the UAE government's trends are compatible with elites' trends in the shift towards digital media - an applied study on the Twitter platform", aims to identify the most important trends of the Emirati elites in interactive digital media, and at the level of the impact of digital transformation on the relationship between government trends and trends The elites, in addition to identifying the roles played by the elites to influence government trends on the Twitter platform, and the extent of compatibility between the government and the elites on the Twitter platform from the point of view of the study sample. Which was applied to the intentional study sample, which consisted of (12 individuals) from the various elite groups in the UAE society (the study community).
