Abstract
Introduction: Endoscopic approaches for resection of anterior skull base tumors have recently gained popularity. The extended endoscopic endonasal approach to the midline skull base has been used to treat a variety of midline tumors including craniopharyngiomas, pituitary adenomas, meningiomas, and chordomas. Intraorbital tumors have traditionally been resected through transcranial approaches or through lateral orbitotomies. We describe a modification of the extended endoscopic endonasal approach to the medial orbit and orbital apex for tumor resection.
