Abstract

Purpose: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common clinical chronic degenerative and progressive joint disease. Biological factors and mechanical abnormalities are main pathogenic factors. Disorders of joint structure and tissue morphology caused by instability, etc. will eventually lead to degeneration or even loss of articular cartilage function. Relevant studies have shown that the incidence of OA is gradually increasing, due to the social structure of population aging, the people's living standards improvement, which seriously threatens the health of middle-aged and elderly people.
