The exploration on the career planning education of vocational students major in medical imaging technology

Abstract

To explore the method of career education for vocational college students major in medical imaging technology.There are several aspects have been emphasized.Firstly,the entrance education is essential to the development of professionalism.It enable the students understand the professional orientation and the demands for employee.Secondly,to combine of the career education with the specialized courses teaching that foster students compositive diathesis by developing diversity skills during the school year.Thirdly,we will afford students with training on personal career advising,employment programs,career resources and other services available for them during graduation practice.Through this process the students gain competence on employment and graduates find employment in a variety of hospital.
