Abstract
In December 2016, Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park started the pilot work. It is the only pilot area that is directly managed by the central government. Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park System Pilot Area undertakes two major reform tasks. One is to explore the path to establish the national park system in China. Other is to improve the national natural resource asset management system. This paper comprehensively summarizes the progress and experiences of the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park System Area. It has concluded that the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park System Area has gained achievements in many aspect and the experiences has a possibility to be copied.
