The Exploration of Beijing Oil Chicken's Cultural Heritage Protection Index System

Abstract

The agricultural cultural heritage is the foundation of Chinese civilization based on inheritance. As the first of the 50 systematic agricultural cultural heritage projects in Beijing, the Beijing city is in the situation of endangered and extinct, and it is necessary for Beijing oil chicken to apply for the protection of the national important agricultural cultural heritage. Through the summary of relevant literature, there is a lack of theoretical research on ensuring the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products and the long-term sustainable development of livestock and poultry products at home and abroad. Therefore, it has become a necessary and inevitable trend to perfect the study of Agricultural Cultural Heritage of livestock and poultry and to establish a protection system for Agricultural Cultural Heritage of livestock and poultry. In order to apply for the successful national important agricultural cultural heritage protection project of Beijing oil chicken, this article uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish the index system to evaluate the National Agricultural Cultural Heritage of Beijing oil machine, and adopts the expert scoring method to prepare for the national important agricultural cultural heritage protection for Beijing oil chicken.
