Abstract

One N-soliton solution of the (2+1)-dimensional combined potential Kadomtsev–Petviashvili (pKP) with B-type Kadomtsev–Petviashvili (BKP) equation, which involves the soliton molecules, is constructed with the aid of its Hirota bilinear form. These soliton molecules are formed through solitons such as the kink, lump or breather for the physical quantity u, while the hybrid soliton molecules are consisted of a line soliton and the lump/breather soliton for the field F=ux. The dynamical features are all depicted through the Maple software.
