Abstract

At present, the popularity of household air-conditioning has been greatly improved, and air-conditioning energy consumption often accounts for more than half of building energy consumption, especially in high-temperature environment in summer, air conditioning systems need to consume more electricity to make the same cooling capacity. Air conditioning energy consumption has become a hot issue.By setting up the experimental platform, we can test the heat transfer effect of the spray cooling system under different models, different atomization pressures and different arrangement modes, so as to achieve the best spray cooling effect and reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning. Experimental system diagram shown in Figure, the test-bed by the spray system, hot fluid system, heat and moisture exchange system and measurement and recording system composed of four parts. Through the measurement of the air and the hot fluid related parameters, the author thinks that the nozzle nozzle diameter should choose smaller TW1010, the atomization pressure is 2MPa, the air inlet windward surface evenly distributed heat exchanger can effectively reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning.
