Abstract

The cylindrical linear induction motor has been widely applied in practice. As it can be affected by many factors, a model of cylindrical linear induction motors designed and made to be used in the experiment to see in what way it can be affected by the power supply voltage. The results show that with different frequency, the increase of three phase power supply voltage will accelerate the electromagnetic thrust and the secondary movement speed. These results are believed to be in accord with those of the theoretical analysis.
