Abstract
The mechanical inertial load holds a dominant position in all load simulation types and usually is simulated with mechanical flywheel, which may causes the complex structure, the high cost, installation, the inertia adjustment inconvenient and so on. According to these insufficiencies, this paper carries on design and research to the dynamic load simulation test platform, which using Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (PMSM) to achieve the dynamic load simulation. The dynamics equation of dynamic load simulation system were established firstly. With an aim at the principle and characteristic of the Direct Torque Control (DTC), the models about the dynamical load simulation system with the DTC and the dynamic load simulation system based on fuzzy control were respectively established in MATLAB/SIMULINK. Then the dynamic load simulation test platform was designed and tested. Comparative results indicate that with the use of PMSM and fuzzy control, the mechanical flywheel can be replaced by dynamic load simulation system.
