Abstract

Due to the fact of the high percentage/INS; of women of the childbearing age among patients with MS, the problems of the management of pregnancy are given a /INS;special attention. The /INS;object of study is learning the characteristics of the management of pregnancy and partus of pregnant women with MS. /INS;Forty pregnant women with MS entered the study. 24 women received immunomodulatory treatment: Copaxone — /INS;14, interferons — /INS;6, Cladribine (in anamnesis) — /INS;2, Mitoxantrone — /INS;2. 24 women had normal pregnancy. 16 had abnormal pregnancy. There were no exacerbations of MS during the pregnancy. 26 women had partus in time. 7 women had premature labor. 10 women had caesarian section. The pregnancy of 6 women has been continuing. First woman, who was receiving Cladribine earlier, partuiated the boy with low weight, plural congenital abnormalities. Second woman, who was receiving Cladribine earlier, partuiated the normal child. 2 women, who were /INS;receiving Mitoxantrone earlier, had normal pregnancy and premature labor, partuiated the children with low weight. The women, who was receiving Copaxone, interferons and no immunomodulatory treatment earlier, had normal pregnancy and partus.
