Abstract
The article presents the clinical case of successful treatment of a patient with heel plantar trophic ulcer. The results of plastics a neuropathy heel ulcer by medial plantar island flap are demonstrated.

Для пластики плантарных язв переднего отдела стопы целесообразнее использовать ротационные лоскуты; закрытие дефектов пяточных областей лучше производить с помощью островкового медиального подошвенного лоскута; для пластики язв латеральной поверхности стопы можно рекомендовать keystone лоскут; раневые дефекты в области свода стопы могут быть ликвидированы при помощи аутодермопластики

Продемонстрирован результат кожной пластики нейропатической язвы пяточной области островковым кожно-фасциальным медиальным подошвенным лоскутом. The results of plastics a neuropathy heel ulcer by medial plantar island flap are demonstrated. Ротационный кожно-фасциальный лоскут применили у 5 (38,4 %) пациентов с дефектами переднего отдела стопы.
