Abstract

The article describes the experience of creating original international Russian-Kazakhstan model of dual diploma master's education based on the development and implementation of combined educational programs on the basis of two different, but similar in the direction of training educational programs: the Russian master's program “Information technologies in education” in the direction “Pedagogical education” and the Kazakhstan master's program “Information systems” in the direction “Technical sciences and technologies”. The annotations of the content of academic disciplines that are mutually credited to the students in parallel master's programs are given. Based on the analysis of the long experience in the implementation of the dual diploma master's educational programs, a conclusion is made about assessing the feasibility of this model of the dual diploma master's education, and the organizational and financial-economic aspects of the implementation of this approach based on the use of advanced distance learning technologies are touched upon.
