Abstract
In the fourth industrial revolution era, digitalization is increasing rapidly, including among provider companies. In order to improve their performance, some of the companies start to implement human resource efficiency through technology which will threaten the existence of human capital. Therefore, this research was conducted to see the extent of human capital in improving organizational performance, which was measured through competency, product knowledge and employee motivation. The method used in this research was literature review from more than 50 journals about human capital. After the data was collected, the testing of the causality between these variables was carried out using Lisrel program. The results can be concluded theoretically that the quality of human capital had a positive effect on the organizational performance in provider company.
