The NapgaDohjang formed the multilayered structure called ‘Royal Household- Dohjang-cultivator’ in the Royal Household lands through the reinforcement of authority, was the existence like the private landowner invading the Royal Household lands and controlling the cultivator as the actual owner of farmland. Persons being engaged in the task of Royal Family has been realized as the center in the early days that The NapgaDohjang occurred. but The NapgaDohjang in the period of Great Han Empire was the economic base of persons who aimed to promote the increase of social status and to accumulate the wealth as the low-ranking government officials.
