Abstract

This research shows the results of the analysis of the observations of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations (CEACR) of the International Labor Organization (ILO) produced between 2000 and 2021 in relation to the exercise of freedom of association in Colombia in compliance of the Conventions number 87 and 98 of this specialized agency of the UN. This analysis allowed an approximation to the understanding of the degree of responsibility on the part of the Colombian State for the non-guarantee to the exercise of the fundamental principle of union freedom and its effects in the world of work in Colombia.
