Abstract
The bias voltage and temperature dependences of the excess current in superconducting microstructures with direct conductivity (ScN point contacts and variable thickness bridges) have been investigated. Experimental results are in accordance with the Artemenko, Volkov, Zaitsev microscopic theory and are explained by the existence of two mechanisms of charge transfer by quasiparticles.
