Abstract

Global mindset defined as the mental operations that segregates and merges together the differing characteristics of different countries involved in businesses, steer the nature of global industry operations. The mindset that overcomes the narrow limitations imposed by boundaries of region is shaped by the integration of information pertaining to different areas. There are different perspectives on global mindset like the competition view, cultural sensitivity analysis and field attenuation view. The mindset moves from domestic to global through a complicated activity that uses different strategic options. Global mindset may be related to organizational effectiveness. The key areas of management directly affected by the global mindset include leadership, structural arrangements and cultural phenomena.
