Abstract
METHODS: Between 1990-2014, 198 pheochromocytoma patients were operated. 30 patients were found to be having normotensive pheochromocytoma. Data regarding preoperative alpha blockade and intraopertive hemodynamic instability in terms of extremely high (SBP>180mmHg) or low (SBP 120/min) and bradycardic episodes (HR<60min), maximum and minimum HR & BP, arrhythmias & need of treatment for hyper or hypotension was evaluated retrospectively
