Abstract

In recent years, with the deepening of the work on the protection of intangible cultural heritage, artisans and traditional craftsmen have gained public attention. Various levels of government have also introduced relevant policy documents to select outstanding craftsmen, aiming to revitalize the traditional cultural industry. This study utilizes Rost-CM6 to analyze the content of government selection texts, extract high-frequency words, summarize the evaluation requirements for traditional craftsmen, and use a two-round Delphi questionnaire survey to construct an evaluation index system and weights. The research concludes that the inheritance of skills and reputation are the most fundamental and important criteria in the selection of outstanding craftsmen; similar weights for indicators indicate that these nine selection criteria are the core requirements for outstanding craftsmen
