Abstract

The integrated nature of the introduction of advances of science and technology and of the technical retooling of industrial branches requires that we take stock of the relationship between the economic and social aspects of the development of production. To date, the economic aspects of the activity of enterprises have been investigated to a greater degree, while social and socioeconomic aspects have received less attention. Thus the social plans of development of enterprises, associations, and branches were first compiled in the Ninth Five-Year Plan, and therefore the methodology of their elaboration and the accentuation of their relationship to various sections of the technical, industrial, and financial plan require further development.
