Abstract

In the past, human resource management mainly relies on the subjective experience of managers, which is extremely tolerant of mistakes. Therefore, this paper will analyze and discuss the application and research of decision tree algorithm based on data mining in human resource management. This paper analyzes the application of decision tree based on data mining in human resource management, the algorithm of decision tree and the construction of decision tree, so as to promote the integration and effective allocation of human resources, and provide data basis for human resource management.
