Abstract

Integrated energy services (IES) as commodities traded in the market. Clear utility is conductive to the positive development of IES in the market. In this paper, an exponential utility function is introduced to characterize the basic utility of IES in terms of energy cost utility, energy stability utility and destabilization recovery utility. The value-added utility of IES is depicted by energy consumption preference utility, environment-friendly utility and integrated energy saving utility. By combining the basic utility and value-added utility, the utility of IES is obtained to clarify the psychological perception of customers towards the IES provided by service providers. Finally, six industrial users in a province in central China are used as examples to verify the validity of the method in this paper.
