Abstract
AbstractThis chapter discusses the plant health and quarantine regulations of the European Union (EU), and provides an overview of the EU plant health regime, and the key EU institutions (EU presidency, European Commission, European Parliament, Permanent Representation, and European Court of Justice) directly involved in the creation and amendment of European Community plant health legislation.
