Abstract
Conception of cylinder head fractures origin in the locomotive diesels is expanded. The carbon deposit influence on the cylinder head temperature state is estimated. The nonuniform heat flux distribution is studied. Carbon layer presents on the fourstroke locomotive diesel cylinder head surface considering during its temperature state simulation is performed.
