Abstract
Valueology is not limited to knowledge about ways to protect health. Knowledge only guides students in the world around them, but does not determine their behavior. In order for students to be able to use the acquired knowledge in everyday life and follow the principles of a healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to form their beliefs and corresponding valeological skills. In this regard, it is necessary to teach students self-observation, analyze their actions and lifestyle from the point of view of their impact on health, assess the functional state of their body and individual organ systems, and carry out health-improving activities. That is why the study is relevant.
