In order for students to be able to use the acquired knowledge in everyday life and follow the principles of a healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to form their beliefs and corresponding valeological skills. In this regard, it is necessary to teach students self-observation, analyze their actions and lifestyle from the point of view of their impact on health, assess the functional state of their body and individual organ systems, and carry out health-improving activities. That is why the study is relevant.
