Abstract

In this article, based on the study based on the provisions of legislation and acts of judicial authorities, the author identifies the position of judicial authorities regarding the nature of warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, as well as problems existing in modern judicial practice on the possibility of appealing warnings issued by control (supervisory) bodies.
