Abstract

To facilitate the comparison between the electrical power systems in North America and Europe, it is necessary to drawing up a computerized protocol ?chessboard? for modeling the structure, a visual map of the skeleton structure of the power systems. Assuming as reference the industrial and commercial power systems, a first procedure is to trace the electrical distribution skeleton as common model that could facilitate the comparison. On the reference to this model, an archive of different typology of electric power systems, as hotels, hospitals, ports, commercial buildings, is thought obtained by the help of international IEEE willing workers. To promote the comparison surely an important impulse could be given by a common definition of a international symbolism. A common activity of an international training is supposed to be fundamental for undertaking the cruise to the globalization. It is needed to organize a general standard of power systems with a new approach, that is aiming not only to the safety of components as isolated in the system, but also to the coordinated functionality of all the essential components in the system.( the coordinated system standardization).
