Abstract

Abstract The electrical resistivity of the liquid Ni x Ge(l-x) system has been measured from pure Germanium to 77 at. % nickel. The resistivity shows a maximum for nickel rich alloys and a minimum for the resistivity temperature coefficient. The resistivity is interpreted and discussed with the t-matrix formulation using hard-sphere structure factors.
