Abstract

Namaz is a science as well as an art of healthy living physically, mentally, morally & spiritually. This review study aims to discuss about technique of Namaz and how Namaz is benefited to the humans in many ways such as stress reduction, emotional wellness, improve flexibility & strength, enhancement of the immune system & improve balance & postural alignment. This study concludes that by proper technique of Namaz will improve moods, strengthen their body, relieve stress and improve concentration & coordination, enhancement preventive of diseases & good hygienic and healthy skillful life.
