Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of edaravone combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients were randomly assigned to receive combination therapy with edaravone and vinpocetine ( 30 patients,study group ),or vinpocetine alone ( 30 patients,control group ).Both groups also received basic treatment.Results There was a significant difference between the study group and the control group in total effectiveness rate( 100％ vs.70％,P＜ 0.05 ）, and the study group was superior to the control group in the efficacy.Conclusion Combination therapy with edaravone and vinpocetine can markedly increase the efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
