Essential components of CBT include focus on helping clients solve problems; become behaviorally activated; and identify, evaluate, and respond to their distorted thinking, especially to negative thinking about themselves, their worlds, and their future [9]. Thought diary was applied to assess situation specific NAT’s and corresponding emotion, physiological changes and behavior for the client. The client had negative thought about social situation.
