Abstract

Work life balance is a need for the growing aspirations of the new generation. It is depended on their personal and work life. Working hours tends to keep them busy in their professional work. The daily course of work is concerned with the time allocation for each duty and responsibility handled by individual. Working hours are thus required to fulfill the company work hours which the employee spends for his tasks completion. Various company come with a distinct pattern of working hours and the policy varies according to the number of hours of work. In this the organization should also be concerned to have some time for the personal tasks of the employees. This helps employee to maintain the balance between his work and personal life. This study covers various effects of working hours. If time is not allocated properly then an individual has to face several problems to make arrangement and adjust his personal and work life. Eventually this shows an impact on the health of the individual.
