Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of two different humidification methods and family concern degree for patients with incision of trachea.Methods A total of 80 patients with incision of trachea were randomly divided into experimental group (40cases) and control group (40cases).The experimental group was dropped liquid of humidification 3drops every half an hour,and the control group was dropped liquid of humidification 6drops every an hour.The patients with tracheotomy were evaluated in family concern magnanimity scales the fifth day.To analyze the effects of two different humidification methods and family concern degree.Results There were significant differences between the two groups after dropped liquid of humidification,on saturation of blood oxygen,heart rate,the viscosity of sputum,reflex cough,intraductal sputum scab,adaptation of family concern degree (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The effect of 3 drops every half an hour humidification is good.The patients have good comfort degree,good compliance,high adaptation degree.
