Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand interrelationship among organizational service orientation, person–organization fit, and turnover intent in a deluxe hotel. The study involved 311 Korean employees. The results showed a positive relationship between organizational service orientation and employees' person–organization fit. Participants who reported a high level of service orientation were more likely to be appropriate fits for their organization. In addition, person–organization fit was negatively associated with employees' intention to leave the organization. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
