Abstract

目的 探讨手工制作对精神分裂症认知功能的疗效.方法 117例随机分为研究组和对照组.研究组除日常治疗外,每周一、三、五到康复科在专业人员指导下做手工工艺品,为期12周,对照组只接受日常治疗.采用韦氏成人智力量表、韦氏记忆量表、自编言语流利性测验、威斯康星卡片分类试验以及临床症状评定量表和阴性症状量表在治疗开始前及治疗后第4,8,12周末后分别评定认知功能和临床疗效.结果 研究组与对照组同期比较,在12周末,认知功能各指标(除WCST持续错误数外),其他各项如言语流利性、WCST完成类别、言语智商(IQ)、操作智商(IQ)、总智商(IQ)及总记忆商(MQ)等均差异有显著性(P 0.05);SANS量表评定结果两组分别为37.2±14.8,44.1±12.9,相比较差异有极显著性(P <0.01).结论 手工制作作为一种职业治疗手段能明显改善慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能。
