Abstract
目的 观察慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者长期家庭氧疗(LTDOT)的效果.方法选COPD患者,分为氧疗组28例和对照组26例.两组均常规治疗,另外,氧疗组用双腔鼻导管家庭氧疗.结果治疗2年后两组患者的肺功能与开始比较下降,两组间差异无显著性.2年后氧疗组生活质量优于对照组.2年内平均急诊次数、住院天数均较对照组有显著改善.结论长期家庭氧疗能提高生命质量,减少急诊次数和住院天数。
