Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of leisure sport participation characteristics on physical self-perception in people with disabilities. First, people with physical disabilities and brain lesions had higher perception of sport competency and muscular strength as they participated in club activities more and a longer time, and did exercise more intensively and frequently.
