Abstract

Background: Horseback riding is known effective on posture ability, muscular strength and flexibility during repetitive posture on dynamic horseback riding. Horseback riding is used all over the muscle. According to research, horseback riding is effective exercise that assist body stability and balance. Also Fleck reported that during horseback riding exercise pelvic movement influence walk to rider. Horseback riding have an effect on muscular endurance, agility, pelvis tilts, flexibility and balance.
