Abstract

This study examines the impact of ethical leadership behavior on employee’s perceptions of organizational performance. When schools are taken into consideration, ethical leaders following an administrative system that prioritizes earning the trust of teachers, justice, equality and how and at what measure this effected the teacher is examined. In the study, first ethical leadership behavior, then organizational performance concepts have been explained. The research methodology that created in the light of studies in the context of the reliability and validity of the scales confirmatory factor analysis, item analysis (items of total Correlation and Cronbach's Alpha) was used. 22.0 AMOS for confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis, SPSS 21.0 were used for item analysis, comparison tests and relationship programs. The results of analysis of ethical leadership behavior on perceptions of organizational performance have been found to differ in terms of various variables.
