Abstract
目的 观察严重前房积血早期手术治疗的效果.方法对83例(83眼)严重前房积血进行前瞻性分析,观察早期手术组(眼挫伤后72小时内手术)和对照组(伤后72小时后手术)的治疗效果和并发症.结果早期手术组的视力恢复优于对照组,而且角膜血染、虹膜萎缩等并发症的发生率低于对照组.结论严重前房积血早期手术治疗可减少并发症,获得较好的视力恢复。
